Navigate to your task board under Sprint Tracking.On the right side of the board, select the Person icon.Select Members +.Add the newly added Agile Group members as needed. Added context from ServiceNow docs: If members are still not visible after following the steps above, verify that the sprint state is set to Current, that the sprint's planned start date is on or before today's date and the planned end date is on or after today's date, and that the Agile Team group type is correctly set to Agile Team with the user listed as a group member. Added context from ServiceNow docs: If stories are missing from the board view but visible in the list view, clear the sprint association from the affected stories and re-add them through the Sprint Planning tab. Also verify that stories are assigned to the correct Agile Group and that each story's product belongs to the sprint.
