Interaction records not getting created when using Virtual Agent with Connect ChatIssue We have recently turned on Virtual Agent Chat and are working on implementing some basic conversations. However when I go to look at the Interaction records it appears that Virtual agent is not generating any interaction records. Checked the documentation for virtual agent, and I also confirmed that conversations are being generated. I also confirmed that I am able to create an interaction record manually.ReleaseConfirmed in New YorkCauseGoing to Collaboration -> Chat Setup I noticed you are using Connect Chat with Virtual Agent Support configured. Interactions are only created for agent (workspace) chat and not connect support chat. This feature is introduced in Orlando.ResolutionIf you require interaction to be created on Connect chat entries, upgrading to Orlando will add this feature. The other option is to use agent chat with agent workspace which does create interactions for every chat record.
