This issue is not seen in New York and Orlando.Steps to Reproduce 1. Activate the HR Scoped App plugin and the employee service center portal plugins.2. Create a new guided tour for the Employee Service Center portal starting at hrm_ticket_page.3. Navigate to a request on the hrm_ticket_page in the guided tour designer. A message will be displayed that "The Service Portal header menu or Tours menu does not seem to be present on this page."WorkaroundThis problem is fixed in the next upcoming release. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to. The workaround below can be used if not concerned with 508 compliance of the header menu:- Navigate to widget editor look for esc header widget.- On the client script remove the code in lines 122-132 (function under the comment //remove nested ul).- Once saved, the widget source status will be set to “Invalidated” on the “Restricted Caller Access Privilege” record, and it requires to be set to “Allowed”. Remove the workaround before upgrading the system to next version, or possible changes in the Esc Header widget will be missed.Related Problem: PRB1431266
