Steps to Reproduce

Login to any Paris instance Open any KB from kb_knowledge.list Add meta tag as SunLife_Gaining_Access_to_Systems and save it Then go to kb_knowledge.list and search with keywords as SunLife_Gaining_Access_to_Systems ,it does not return any results Similarly if you search SunLife_Gaining_Access It will return results Similarly if you search with meta then it returns results Go to the service portal and search for the same then it will not return results If you search with SunLife_Gaining_Access It will return results in service portal Check that 'to' is set to stop word and so it is not returning results Where as in NewYork even though 'to' is set to stop word it was returning results

Workaround As a possible workaround, please check and remove the words which are part of search string from stop words list in the table "ts_index_stop_list"

This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
