How to Enable "Did you mean" in Service Portal ?Issue As per the below documentation "Did you mean" can be enabled for legacy global search and for knowledge. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-platform-administration/page/administer/search-administration/task/t_ConfigureADidYouMeanSuggestion.html However, this did not enable this feature in Service PortalReleaseOrlando, ParisCauseThere is an extra configuration which needs to be performed in order for "Did you mean" to work in Service PortalResolutionFollow the below steps to configure this feature in the portal 1.In the Faceted Search widget (See screenshot) 2. In the instance Options find the checkbox "Show did you mean" 3. Check this checkbox and save. 4. Notice that the Did you mean appear if a wrong spelling has been entered by the user (See first screenshot above)
