Not able to select the value for Licence Key under User allocations for the software entitlementIssue Under Software Entitlements some time for the user allocation s we will not be able to select the "License key" Steps to reproduce : Log into the instance https://<instance-name>.service-now.com Navigate to Software Entitlements and open a record https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Falm_license_list.doUnder the related list open "User Allocations" tab and for a user and go to the License Key column and double click and select the "lookup using list" It will open new window for the table "samp_sw_license_key" where the license keys of that product are stored.Try selecting the License key belongs to that user and see you will not be able to select it CauseIssue is caused due to "Carriage Return", "Carriage Return" is the enter key. The "license key" which has an extra line will not be able to selected.ResolutionRemove the extra line from the license keys to make them selectable. To make the License keys editable we need to disable the client script "Make software entitlement field readonly" Once we disable the OOB client script the license key can be editable , as the license keys was being made read-only from the mentioned client script.
