Installed plugins "ServiceNow Add-In for Microsoft Outlook"Navigate to ServiceNow Add-Ins for Office > Office Add-In-Manifests.Click "ServiceNow for ITSM"Click Download Manifest to download the Microsoft Office add-in manifest file. Follow below steps in Outlook to interact with the ServiceNow platform from within Microsoft Outlook. Navigate to Microsoft Outlook > Get Add-ins.Select My add-ins.Go to the Custom add-ins tile and select Add from file from the Add a custom add-in drop-down list.Select the manifest.xml file that your admin provided.Click Install.Click View in ServiceNow in Microsoft Outlook and log in with the credentials your admin provided.Click Allow. Use the ServiceNow Add-In for Microsoft Outlook On the Microsoft Outlook Home tab, click the ServiceNow icon () and select Create Incident or Create VTB Task.In the ServiceNow IT Service Management pane, click Login and enter your ServiceNow credentials.Cause New button on the "Office Controls" related list was missing as Office Manifest was "Active".Resolution To clone/customize the Add-In (go to the service-now instance) Navigate to ServiceNow Add-Ins for Office > Office Add-In-Manifests.Click "ServiceNow for ITSM"Click the context menu () on the form and select Clone Manifest.This option clones the current manifest into a new record that allows customizing the labels, icons, menus, and menu items.Once you click Activate button, the New button on the "Office Controls" related list disappears. Please follow below steps to add new fields to the 'Create Incident' outlook add-ins screen. Open any incident in the instance.From the context menu, select configure-->form layoutIn the form and view section - select 'outlook'Add a new field from the slush bucket to the right.Save the form.Goto outlook and check the 'create incident' screen.
