In Designer on click of "Test Active Topics" facing error message "I am having technical issues and won't be able to continue the conversation" - Support and Troubleshooting

In Designer on click of "Test Active Topics" facing error message "I am having technical issues and won't be able to continue the conversation" Issue When testing active Virtual Agent topics, the VA says: I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation.

Cause The issue is happening because there was no "greeting topic" and "live agent topic" was not set in general settings.

Resolution Set the below topics in General settings.

Please follow below steps:

1. Go to General settings from Application navigator

2. a. Set Greeting topic: Dynamic Greeting Topic

b. Set Live agent topic: Live agent support
