ResolutionThe error can be caused by the following reasons: Requesting a branded Mobile App is supported only from a Production instance. Sub-production instances are not supported.Follow the ServiceNow Mobile documentation to request a branded Mobile App: Request and publish a branded mobile appPlease do not use the "ServiceNow" keyword anywhere. The instance needs to allow the .zip file extension as an attachment and it is required for Mobile publishing.So check the system property: glide.attachment.extensions.
