Issue with pre post script "Create relation between MSSQL Instance to Windows Cluster" Description In pre post script "Create relation between MSSQL Instance to Windows Cluster", it has below script: createRelation(msSqlInstanceSysIds[i],parent_cluster_sys_id[0],"60bc4e22c0a8010e01f074cbe6bd73c3");

However this doesn't consider the situation when parent_cluster_sys_id is empty.

Steps to Reproduce

When pattern "MSSql DB On Windows" runs, "Create relation between MSSQL Instance to Windows Cluster" post sensor script is triggered. If array parent_cluster_sys_id is empty, parent_cluster_sys_id[0] returns "undefined". Thus the script is trying to create relation between the instance and a cmdb_ci which has sys_id as undefined.

Workaround Solution:

change pre post script "Create relation between MSSQL Instance to Windows Cluster".

change below line: createRelation(msSqlInstanceSysIds[i],parent_cluster_sys_id[0],"60bc4e22c0a8010e01f074cbe6bd73c3");

to: if(parent_cluster_sys_id.length > 0) { createRelation(msSqlInstanceSysIds[i],parent_cluster_sys_id[0],"60bc4e22c0a8010e01f074cbe6bd73c3"); }
