SLA Breach - duplicate email notificationIssue SLA breach notifications are firing twice to the users.CauseThe out-of-the-box (OOTB) Default SLA Workflow has two SLA breach notification event triggers. One is "Notify Assignee" and the other is "Notify Assignee Manager." Customer added "task.assignment_group" to the SLA breach notification so both "Notify Assignee" and "Notify Assignee Manager" will send SLA breach emails to all the users who are part of assignment_group. Accordingly, users are receiving emails twice regarding the SLA breach.ResolutionCustomer needs to review their SLA breach notification.
