On-premise Splunk integration from the ServiceNow store is not connecting to splunk instance.Issue Setting up the Splunk integration from the ServiceNow store but is not connecting to splunk instance of on-premises deployment. Connection is getting the below error "One or more configuration parameters are incorrect and integration failed to initiate" CauseHere MID server is getting timed out after 30 seconds after trying to connect to the specified Base URL. The default timeout for the MID server is 30 seconds. The MID server default timeout might need to be overridden in order to connect to the specified URL.ResolutionThere is a global system property 'glide.http.outbound.max_timeout.enabled' which enables the default MID server timeout of 30 seconds to be overridden.Create this system property in the instance and set the value to 'false' for the default timeout to be overridden. This property will be applied globally to all the MID servers. After setting the above property we can then use the following property to define an increased value for timeout that will allow the connection to succeed. glide.rest.outbound.ecc_response.timeout Start by defining 45 seconds and then increase in 15 second increments until the connection succeeds
