SMS Notifications on the HI Service PortalSummaryUsers with the customer or customer_admin role can set up SMS Notifications on the HI Service Portal. If you are a ServiceNow Partner or your HI user account also has the partner or partner_admin role assigned, by design users with the partner or partner_admin role will not be able to set up SMS Notifications via HI.SMS Notifications are not enabled for Partners. We are working on a notification overhaul project and this may become part of that but we cannot commit on any timelines or scope as we are still in early stages. As a workaround, if you also have the partner or partner_admin role assigned to your user account on HI, we will have to remove this role and you will be able to setup the SMS Notifications.Users however can still receive email updates, we can add you to the Notifications and Communications list and you will get the following email updates:Users listed in the Communication field for a company: Patches, auto-upgrades, and upgrade notifications.Users listed in the Notifications field for a company: Auto-upgrades, upgrade notifications, all Cases opened and Cases updated with comments. Please go through Notifications on HI for more informationRelated LinksSMS notifications can only be activated for Case and Change Request notifications. We try to get your SMS text message notifications as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. Mobile network congestion or other processing delays and errors on your mobile carrier's side can result in delivery delays or failures. To get all Cases opened and Cases updated with comments notifications, please add the user to the notification list in the Manage Accounts page. Please go through Notifications on HI for more information
