Category 'Details' are not visible in the 'Service Portal' through the 'take_survey' pageIssue When configuring a Survey through the 'Survey Designer', some text and an image were added to the 'Details' field on the 'Category', however both text and image are not visible when taking the survey through the 'take_survey' page in the 'Service Portal'.ResolutionThis behaviour is related to the problem record PRB1361976 which was closed as 'Working as Expected' in the 'Service Portal' view. It is intended to keep the behaviour of the 'Service Portal' as crisp as possible in order to accommodate smaller devices.The details information however will be visible if taking the survey through the Platform view. The provided workaround is to add the text information into the 'Description' field, however it is not possible to add images into the 'Description' field.
