Submitting an HR Record Producer in Portal generates "Function getGlideObject is not allowed in scope sn_hr_core" errorIssue When a user submits an HR Record Producer in the HR Portal, upon clicking "Submit" to create a new case, the portal shows the banner error message "Function getGlideObject is not allowed in scope sn_hr_core".CauseThis was due to email notifications that were using "trend" conditions.ResolutionAs shared above, it was found that the behavior is a result of "trend" conditions being used in two email notifications. The issue with "trend" notifications was originally discovered in Business Rules in PRB1331685/KB0863549 but looks to extend to email notifications as well, as discovered in this case. When the two email notifications were deactivated, the reported error was no longer thrown. The only way to resolve this behavior is to remove the "trend" conditions from the email notifications. After a lengthy evaluation process, the above-mentioned PRB was marked as "Won't Fix". As such, there are no workarounds. Again, the only option is to remove the "trend" conditions being used as they are not supported in scoped applications.
