Resolution This can be done as follows:

1. Navigate to User Administration > User Preferences

2. Click the button New

3. Fill out the form:

- Name: com.glideapp.dashboards.homepage_notification.dont_ask_me_again

- Check the check box by 'System'

- Type: true/false

- Value: true

4. Click update
