Incident will not load in Agent WorkspaceIssue Using any web browser (Chrome or Firefox) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add variable editor to the incident form on workspace view2. Create an announcement and do not make it portal specific3. Create an incident using record producer so that it shows variables on variable editor4. Open this new incident in agent workspace > click on variable editor Notice that the screen will display a "white" form. See below screenshot: CauseUI policy (or) removing the "Variables" conditions from the UI policy.ResolutionCheck the UI policies configured for the table "sc_req_item" with a condition which pulls "Variables", which is a field that is not available to choose from in an OOB instance. Deactivating this UI policy (or) removing the "Variables" conditions from the UI policy will resolve the issue.
