If the field is not marked as mandatory on the table view, check for Dictionary Overrides: Navigate to the same field record.Scroll to the Dictionary Override section.If a Dictionary Override sets the field as mandatory, disable (or delete) the override.Save your changes. Repeat this process for all mandatory fields identified in the System Log errors.Test the Application Service creation. The system will now allow you to create the service. Additional Information When mandatory field conflicts arise from table inheritance: In some cases, a field displays as mandatory on cmdb_ci_service_auto but is not mandatory on the parent table or has no Dictionary Override applied. This situation often occurs as a result of table cloning. To resolve inherited mandatory field conflicts: Open the parent table of cmdb_ci_service_auto.Locate the conflicting field definition.Change the Mandatory attribute from False to True.Save the change.Immediately change the Mandatory attribute back to False.Save again. This action propagates the changes to all cloned descendant tables and attributes, ensuring consistency across the hierarchy.
