ErrorCode: 10301. ErrorMessage: Connection timed out, failed to connect to server. CauseThere could be two possibilities - 1. Firewall from user side is blocking the inbound traffic from ServiceNow instances 2. IP address has been correctly updated without blocking the validation on the user's LDAP serversResolutionIf there is no VPN connection used & firewall is blocking the inbound traffic, please add the IP addresses to your inclusion list using the Knowledge article - KB0538621 Make sure while updating the IP addresses, validation on the LDAP servers is not restricted. If yes, then please reverify the IP address change in order to restore the user access back.
