Steps to Reproduce

Log into an OOB Orlando instance 2. Open Agent Workspace and create a new incident record 3. In the Category field, choose Hardware 4. Click on the Subcategory dropdown and type mouse and notice it will only select memory 5. Repeat the same steps in platform UI and noticed it will select "mouse" in the Subcategory dropdown Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
