NOW mobile: Instance is not redirecting to SSO login page after session timeout on Android devicesDescriptionIssue Description:The SSO redirection is not working in the Android devices after the session timeout.Reported under the below version<App Version (e.g. Version of the App (e.g. 9.1.0)> 10.3.0<App Type (e.g. NOW, Agent or Onboarding App, Now Support (HI) > NOW mobile app<Platform (e.g. iOS or Android)> AndroidSteps to Reproduce Install the ITSM Mobile plugin.Create an applet URL with the URL pointing to /sp.Configure a new navigation tab for the mobile app.Configure an ALP for the navigation tab with the applet URL created in Step 2.Make sure that the navigation tab created in Step 3 is the first tab on the mobile app.Configure SSO for the instance.Set the session timeout property glide.ui.session_timeout to 3 minutes.On the mobile app, log in to the instance using the SSO credentials with an Android device. The Service Portal page loads (/sp URL is configured for the ALP).Wait for 3 minutes as the session timeout property glide.ui.session_timeout is set to 3 minutes.Click Knowledge Base or Request Something. Expected behavior: The page should redirect to the SSO login page. Actual behavior: The page redirects to SP local login page and is not redirecting to the SSO login page. It loops through the SP login page.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.Related Problem: PRB1431702
