Confirm that the MID Server host machine meets the minimum system and Java requirements. Refer to MID Server system requirements for the complete list. After completing the steps above, navigate to the MID Server record on your ServiceNow instance. To do this, go to MID Server > Servers, open the affected MID Server record, and select Resolve Issue. Restart the MID Server service on the host machine. On Windows: Open Services, locate the MID Server service, and select Restart. Verify that the MID Server status returns to Up on the MID Server record.
