The OOB ones can be found here: /sys_email_client_template_list.do?sysparm_query=table%3Dincident_alert_task3. You can modify the "Default template for ICT" which has no conditions.4. If you define a template with appropriate conditions for the incident_alert_task record, it will use that template.
