Steps to Reproduce

Open the Internet Explorer 11 or Edge browser

- Login to your Paris instance - Open incident.list from the left navigator - Open any active record - In the work notes enter any text inside of a [ Code ] [ / Code ] tag pair. - Click on Post button - Reload the form

Actual behavior: Notice that the Work note in the Activity Stream has extra blank space and the text has been enlarged. Expected behavior : There should not be any extra blank space in the work note and the text should be the same size as work notes entered without using the Code tags.

** Follow the same steps in the Orlando and the issue does not exist there.
