Change Success Score Card icon does not show on the Change Request formIssue As announced by ServiceNow, with the "Paris" release, customers can utilize a "Change Success Score" within the Change Management module. After activating the plugin named "Change Management - Change Success Score". And after running the related collections jobs: "Change success score metrics (Historical data)", 'Change success score (Historical data)", 'Change success score metrics (Daily)" and "Change success score for today" and see that the each was marked in the Job Logs as "Collected". The new icon described in the documentation for the Change Request form was not present (next to the "Assignment group" field on the Change Request form). Running the data collection jobs is not required to see the new icon. However, there will be no data to display until the respective data collection job is run.ReleaseParis and later.CauseThe was an existing sys_dictionary_override record for the change_request table and the assignment_group field. The activation of the "Change Management - Change Success Score Foundation" plugin (Activated when the "Change Management - Change Success Score" plugin is activated) did not load the 'sys_dictionary_override_149e98f5737b0010491d235f04f6a783.xml' record.ResolutionThe import of the Out-of-Box dictionary override record from the "Change Management - Change Success Score Foundation" plugin for the change_request table and the assignment_group field was not applied, due to one being present used for a custom reference qualifier. Adding the "Overrides Attribute" to the existing sys_dictionary_override record for change_request.assignment_group resulted in the addition of "field_decorations=change_success_score" for the value. And this results in the "Change Success Score" icon being display next to the Assignment Group value on the Change Request form.Out-of-box record has "'tree_picker=true,field_decorations=change_success_score'" for the Overrides attributes value. Only the 'field_decorations=change_success_score' is needed for the Icon to show and work as documented.
