RITM Workflow stages not appearing in list viewIssue The list view of the RITM does not display the various stages of the workflow, except for the 'Request Approved' stage, which is visible for all RITMs. However, the stage is properly shown as expected at the record's form level. CauseWhen custom stages are employed in a workflow, the stage rendering is set to Workflow Driven for that particular workflow. However, if no stages are defined for the activities within the workflow, then no stages will be displayed in the sc_req_item list view.
