Steps to Reproduce

For example, two fields set as recommended fields: assignment group assigned to

Running Completeness job will create a recommended_field_remediation record, which says: Following recommended fields are not populated: assignment_group assigned_to

Now fill in assignment group, but leave assigned to empty.

Run Completeness job again, the task remains open, and description fields still say both fields not populated.

Workaround We have decided this is a product enhancement thus the issue is not fixed in related PRB.
