When trying the "Test Connection" from the Identity Provider the following error is seen:

Also trying a SAML SSO login will also fail.

Cause The script include MultiSSOv2_SAML2_custom is not set to Active = True

Resolution Go to the script includes module and set the script include MultiSSOv2_SAML2_custom to Active = True
