Paris - HTML field is small on existing record and user has to manually resize the frame Description After upgrade to Paris the HTML field size isn't correct.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any form that have HTML fields (sla.do or kb_knowledge.do) 2. Add a large amount of content in HTML 3. Save the record 4. Open the saved record

Actual: You can see a HTML content frame has less space and have to expand it manually Expected: Expansion to be bit large enough to see the content
