Notification not triggering based on conditions when applied to parent tableIssue A notification is not triggering based on the conditions set no matter what conditions it is set too. The notification table is set to be the parent table and we are making updates to an extended table for this. We can make a business rule for the parent table using the same conditions and see that it triggers.CauseThis is due to the notification not being set on the exact table it should be applied to in this scenario.ResolutionSet the table on the notification to be the exact table that the record is being updated on. You can pull up the record in a form view and check which table it is on in the URL to verify. If you want the notification to apply to multiple tables under a parent table then you can copy the notifications and change the table to be the individual tables it should run on.Related LinksTroubleshooting notification failures: https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0538135
