Create a catalog item with a "Reference" type variable.2. Submit a "RITM" request for the catalog item with reference variable having a value.3. Open the RITM (sc_req_item) record.4. In the variable editor, observe the "Reference" type variable and click on "i" icon. In the sys_popup, observe that the "Open Record" button is not visible.WorkaroundThis is expected behaviour. The open record button on the reference type question is driven by the system property 'glide.sc.variable.reference.clickthrough'.
