Issue Description: Once you set the favorite in any particular language then the text will remain as is for the rest of the language session.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the Dutch (you can try with any other language) language plugin

1. Login to Paris instance 2. Session language is set to English 3. Go to navigation pave and make Incident, Problem, and Change as a favorite (select the star in front of them) 4. Change the language to Dutch/French 5. Go to the Navigation pane and click on Favourite

Expected behavior: If the session language is Dutch then We should see the favorites in that session language. Actual behavior: We can see that the session language is Dutch but still, the favorites are shown in English.
