Changing form via the Form Design in a child domain copies sys_choice records from its parent domain Description Issue Description: Changing form via the Form Design in a child domain copies sys_choice records from its parent domain.

Steps to Reproduce

Active the Plugin "Domain Support - Domain Extensions Installer" - Load demo data

1. Go to the "TOP/MSP" domain. 2. Create sys_choice records for the incident table hold_reason element. Imported the attached file "sys_choice.xml". 3. Go to the "TOP/MSP/MSP Technicians (Optional)" domain. 4. Open an incident record. 5 Click on the Header Menu. 6. Select "Configure -> Form Design". 7. Change a section name or add/remove elements.

Expected behavior Sys_choice records shouldn't be created automatically in the "MSP Technicians (Optional)"domain. Actual behavior The sys_choice records for the incident table hold_reason element in the "MSP Technicians (Optional)" domain are copied from the parent domain "MSP".
