Past chat conversations window will close after clearing chat search Description The chat conversation window does not remain open after clearing the conversation filter search box.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Connect sidebar. 2. Initiate a new conversation by clicking the "+" sign next to the conversation filter search box. 3. Enter "Abel Tuter" in the "To" box and select name from the list. 4. Send a message to Abel. 5. Close the chat window by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner. 6. Remove the conversation from the sidebar by clicking the "X" next to the conversation entry. 7. Enter "Abel" in the conversation filter search box and select the previous conversation from the list of closed conversations. 8. Clear the conversation filter search box by clicking the "X" at the right end of the text box. The conversation window closes.

Workaround This problem is fixed in the next upcoming release. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
