Outlook Actionable Messages Not displaying correctly in Outlook Desktop ClientIssue You will recognise this issue if you have followed the documentation to embed a survey or approval request within the outlook email client and, when the message is received, either the actionable message is not displayed or is formatted incorrectly. This is seen in the Outlook Desktop Client, the Actionable message displays correctly when viewing the email via the outlook web client. In addition when taking the adaptivecard json script that is embedded into the message body from the sys_email record and pasting in the Microsoft MessageCard Playground it is displayed correctly.CauseAs noted in the documentation from Microsoft there are specific version of the Outlook Desktop Client that support Actionable Messages.ResolutionIf you are running a supported Desktop Client version and still see issues that are not seen in the web client or playground then you should contact Microsoft for additional assistance.
