Geolocation location services in Internet Explorer 11 causes the browser to freeze when navigating in the Service PortalDescriptionIf geolocation location services are active and the user allows the browser to use their location, the Service Portal will freeze the browser if the user attempts to navigate within the portal. The user cannot regain control of the tab and must open a new tab/window. Note that this only occurs in the Internet Explorer 11 browser and location services must be enabled.Steps to Reproduce 1) Ensure windows location services are active on your system2) Navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Home3) In the browser notification asking to allow use of your location, select: Allow Once4) Click the Request Something link on the portal homepage5) Observe the browser freezes and you are unable to continueWorkaroundThe location tracker can be disabled by adding the boolean system property glide.service_portal.disable_location_tracker and setting it to true.Related Problem: PRB1434941
