CauseThe Postfix-MDA Service Performance Check alert get generated when instance receives large volume of the incoming emails even though server mailbox is full.ResolutionYou can perform below checks to identify the issue: 1. Check email Diagnostic Login to the instanceIn filter navigation search for 'email Diagnostic' Verify the health - focus should be on email receiving so pop3 server connections and other properties. 2. Verify any planned maintenance activity related to pop3 mailbox server. 3. Navigate to System logs -> Emails and check for any unknown incoming emails. 4. Navigate to 'sys_trigger.LIST' and find name matching to 'email reader' and then verify the state. State should be Active/Ready/Interval. 5. Navigate to transaction logs and verify the transaction processing time. Long running transactions may cause this issue.
