User is not able to see assigned project tasks - Support and Troubleshooting

User is not able to see assigned project tasks Description User with project_manager_role is not able to project tasks assigned.

Cause A duplicate user that was deactivated, was added to the group giving appropriate access.

Additionally, all necessary roles weren't included in the group.

Resolution Remove the deactivated user from the related group Add the active user to the same group Ensure the following roles are included: it_project_user, it_project_manager Save and the user can see project tasks assigned
