[table shards] Deleting the shard table from glide is not removing them from the DB. Description Deleting the shard table from glide is not removing them from the DB.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a shard table, ie, u_test_shard 2. make sure there are 16 shards are stored in the database 3. delete the shard table from Table Rotation Results: those 16 shards are still in the DB which should be removed as well 4. if you create the same shard table again from Table Rotation, Results: you will see 32 sharding tables in the DB

Workaround This problem has been fixed in Quebec and the above versions. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
