Now Mobile chat does not show text input field when returning back to on going conversation - Known Error

Now Mobile chat does not show text input field when returning back to on going conversation Description When a user initiates a chat from NOW mobile and moves out of the window by clicking Done, the text input box does not show upon return.

Steps to Reproduce

1) In demonightlynewyork, make sure Agent chat plugin is active 2) Go to NOW Mobile App>>Applet launchers and open Homepage record 3) Click on Chat Quick action and Activate it 4) Pick any user and login to NOW Mobile and initiate a chat 5) Impersonate on desktop as Beth Anglin (VA Agent) 6) Accept the chat as agent 7) Now, as user click on Done which takes you back to the homepage 8) Return back to chat and observe there is no text input field to continue the conversation

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
