Windows (MSI) MID Server installer download from Internet Explorer browser fails, by trying to load the binary file in the browser window (and DEB files)

Description

Windows (MSI) MID Server installer download from Internet Explorer browser fails, by trying to load the binary file in the browser window. Eventually "Can't reach this page" will be shown.

DEB files (Debian Software Package) files also have the same problem (although the Linux installer is not yet released as of the Paris version).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Using Internet Explorer 11 browser on Windows 10
  2. Open the MID Server Download page on a Paris instance
  3. Click on one of the two .msi links

The page will be replaced by a load of hyroglyphs, which suggests the browser is trying to load the msi binary in the browser window, rather than treat it as a download.
Eventually, this will be replaced with a "Can't reach this page" page.
