In NOW mobile app, the carousel images are not aligned and names are cut when using the "Submit a request" topic and the catalog item names are long Description In NOW mobile app, the carousel images and names are cut when using the "Submit a request" topic and the catalog item names are long. The same works correctly from desktop. Issue happens in iOS and Android.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the sc_cat_item table and modify the name of one or two OOB active catalog items, to be long, for example: Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 13.5 " Core i7 1065G7 16 GB RAM 512 GB SSD"

2. Go to Virtual Agent >> Design.

3. Active and publish the OOB "Submit a request" topic and use some catalog items to display the carousel, select some with long names and short names.

4. From desktop, execute: /$sn-va-web-client-app.do

Test the "Submit a request" topic to display the carousel images. The images and names are displayed correctly.

5. Go to NOW Mobile app and start a conversation. Test the "Submit a request" topic.

Expected behavior Images and names should be displayed correctly as from desktop.

Actual behavior: Notice the images are not aligned and long names are cut.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.

For iOS, issue is fixed in Now Mobile app version 10.2. For Android, issue is fixed in Now Mobile app version 10.3.
