'Retire' UI action on article is not visible to the user with the 'knowledge_manager' roleIssue According to the Retire a versioned article documentation: In addition to the knowledge administrator and the knowledge manager, the following users can retire a versioned article: knowledge ownerlatest publisher of the versioned knowledge article A user with knowledge_manager role however, is unable to retire the published article as the ‘Retire’ UI action is not visible to that user. Steps to Reproduce:1. Open any user record from sys_user table. 2. Assign 'knowledge_manager' role to that user. 3. Impersonate that user. 4. Open any existing kb/article (impersonated user should not be the owner of that article). 5. The 'Retire' UI action will not be available for that user, even though user has 'knowledge_manager' role.ResolutionIn regards to the documentation above, ‘knowledge manager’ refers to the Knowledge Base manager’s list and not the knowledge_manager role. In order to access the ‘Retire’ UI action, the user needs to be added to the Knowledge Base manager’s list (see the below screenshot). Please refer the documentation: Assign a knowledge base manager to add user(s) to the Knowledge Base manager's list.
