Some buttons from the UI Formatter Checklist are visible on the PDF of the Print Friendly version Description Issue Description: Some buttons from the UI Formatter Checklist are visible on the PDF of the Print Friendly version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as admin. 2. Click to open an incident record. 3. Create a Checklist section. 4. Add the Formatter "Checklist" to the section. 5. Add two Items. 6. Save the record. 7. Click the Print Friendly version in the system settings cog. 8. Click "Click to Print" to save as PDF.

Expected behavior The buttons from the UI Formatter Checklist shouldn't be visible on the PDF. Actual behavior "Save as Template", "Remove Checklist", "Add Item", "Confirm Delete" and "Save Checklist as Template" are still visible on the PDF.
