Incident Variable Editor appears on Incident forms for incidents created through record producer Summary The process below applies when Incident variable editor formatter is available on the form layout in global domain or the domain of the incident record.

1. The Incident variable Editor code or platform code checks whether the current incident record is been produced via record producer 2. If the incident is produced by the record producer, does it have variable filled in for it.

If these 2 conditions pass, then the incident variable editor is rendered on the form.

If the incident was not created through a record producer, then the Incident variable editor will not render on the form.
