Error prevents submitting assessment to vendor even when an assessment template is attached


Description

An error is thrown when trying to submit an assessment to a vendor, even when an assessment template is attached.

This occurs in Store IRM Vendor Risk Management 10.1.3, but not in 10.0.2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create the Assessment

2. Fill in the mandatory fields

3. Save

4. Select assessment template

5. Click "Submit to Vendor" button on top right

Workaround

This problem is being fixed in an upcoming release. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.

The workaround is to save the assessment template first, then submit to vendor:

1. Create Assessment

2. Fill in mandatory fields

3. Save

4. Select assessment template

5. Save

5. Click "Submit to Vendor" button on top right
