Recipients CC'd in an email notification are not included in the recipients field of the email recordIssue When an email notification includes CC recipients, these CC recipients are not included in the Recipients field of the email record in sys_email The email is sent to these recipients and their email addresses can be seen in the mail header as CC recipients Release Any Cause Email addresses that are CC'd are not added to the recipients filed in the sys_email table. They are added to the copied field. Resolution This field is not present by default on the email form but can be added.You can also view this by adding view the sys_email table (sys_email.LIST) and adding the "copied" column.
