HR E-Signature Document generation not working as expectedIssue HR flow designer action creating different document when different flow path is being followedCauseOOB (out of box) ServiceNow doesn't support changing the PDF template for the case after creating and completing HR tasks. The flow is for multiple signers signing the same document and not for the same user signing multiple documents. Once the pdf template is assigned then once all the users who are present as part of mappings in the template signs the tasks then the corresponding signed document is generated. Changing the pdf document midway in the process disrupts the flow and hence once a pdf draft is generated per case the same will be used for all child tasks.Multiple pdf templates shouldn't be used for the same user for the same case. The requirement is : user want the same user to sign two different pdf documents as part of a process. Resolution In order to achieve the use-case, after the first task is complete with the first pdf document, we can create a child case for the first case with 2nd pdf template and child task under this 2nd case(maybe through service activity) underneath this case so that this task will have 2nd pdf template.HR Case -> PDF Template 1-> HR Task 1-> HR Case 2 -> PDF Template 2-> HR task 2 child of HR Case 2
