Steps to Reproduce

Login into OOTB Paris instance Configure form layout of incident and create a new field with Name - Release Package Database column name : u_release_package Type: Reference Table to reference: change_request Add and Save the form layout Click on Magnifying glass of reference field created above.

Issue : It navigates to null_list with error "The page you are looking for could not be found"

Now, Create a similar field such that "Database column name" does not contain "package", it works. Workaround This issue is under Review.
