Knowledge article rating always visible on agent workspace due to property glide.knowman.show_rating_options not workingDescriptionIt is not possible to hide the rating of a knowledge article when it is viewed on the Agent Workspace. Setting the system property glide.knowman.show_rating_options = false should hide the rating for the knowledge article. This is only working when the article is viewed on the desktop with kb_view.do but not on the Agent Workspace.Steps to Reproduce 1. Set the system property glide.knowman.show_rating_options = true.2. View any knowledge article on the desktop. See the rating stars displayed at the top of the article.3. Set the system property glide.knowman.show_rating_options = false.4. View the same knowledge article on the desktop. See the rating stars are no longer displayed at the top of the article.5. View the same knowledge article on the agent workspace. See that it displays "Average rating" value at top of the article.WorkaroundThis problem is fixed in the next upcoming release. There is no workaround available.
